摘要
对53具成人尸体与"超选择性腹部动脉造影"有关的动脉进行测量：测量受腹主动脉、髂总动脉、髂外动脉的长度、管径及横截面积；自股动脉起点至腹主动脉各主要脏支起点的距离及各脏支起点间的距离；腹主动脉各主要脏支及其主要分支的长度、管径、横截面积；各主要脏支与腹主动脉纵轴的夹角。这些数据为"超选择性腹部动脉造影"导管的选择、导管插入的深度以及导管插入某动脉分支时动脉开口的寻找等提供有益的帮助。
This paper shows the measurements on arteries in 53 adult corpses with reference tosuperselective angiography of abdominal arteries. Those included are: The length, calibre and transectionarea of the abdominal aorta, the common iliacal arteries and the external iliacal arteries; The distancesbetween the origin points of the femoral arteries and that of the main visceral boughs of the abdominalaorta, and between that of the visceral boughs themselves; The length, calibre and transection area ofthe main visceral boughs of the abdominal aorta and their chief branches; The angles of the abdominalaorta with its main visceral boughs. The results may help, when performing a superselectiveangiography of the abdominal arteries. to select catheter, the depth of insertion and to find the opening of acertain arteric branch.
