摘要
目的探讨纤维喉镜下微波治疗声带良性增生性病变的疗效。方法167例患者于纤维喉镜下微波治疗声带良性增生性病变,并于术后发声矫治。结果167例患者纤维喉镜下施行了微波治疗术,80例声带小结100%治愈,87例声带息肉治愈率91.95%,其中7例复发,经第2次手术后无复发。167例术后均行发声矫治。结论纤维喉镜下微波治疗声带良性增生性病变治愈率较高,安全,患者痛苦小,取得了满意的效果。
Objective To determine the effectiveness of fibrolarygoseope and microwave for the treatment of benign vocal lesions.Methods This article disussed the operation method and past-operative phonatory corrections in 167 patients of benign vocal lesions with fibrolaryngoscope and microwave. Results Of the 87 patients of polyp of vocal cord, 80 of 87 patients recovered. 7 patients had recurrence, but they were successfully resected during the follow-up. Of the 80 patients of vocal nodules,the full recocery response rate was 100. Conclusion It was considered that the treatmet of benign vocal lesions with fobrolaryngoseope and microwave was safe and reliable with a high rate of cure. At the corrections are very important for overcoming any harseness, stabilizing the healing effects .and perventing possible recurrences.
