糖尿病并发皮肤溃疡52例临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的了解糖尿病(DM)并发皮肤溃疡的临床特点、治疗方法及疗效。方法对过去6年来收治DM并发皮肤溃疡患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果52例患者皮肤溃疡经积极血糖控制及创面处理等综合治疗,50例愈合;非糖尿病足皮肤溃疡较糖尿病足(DF)皮肤溃疡愈合时间短,差异有统计学意义,P<0.001,溃疡面外敷胰岛素+庆大霉素组与美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)组作用相近(P>0.05)。结论在血糖控制基础上合理的创面处理是影响皮肤溃疡愈合的重要因素。
