摘要
选用26、28、30周引产胎儿30例，解剖观测了胸腺的形态、位置、径线、重量、体积及胸廓内动脉和锁骨下动脉管径。结果：26、28、30周龄胎儿胸腺重量有显著性差异，呈成倍递增趋势；体积的递增值小于重量；比重随胎龄的增长而上升。讨论了带血管蒂胸腺移植供体血管的选择。在切取胎儿胸腺时用胸腹壁倒“U”形切口，暴露充分，取材方便。
The shape, position, diameter, weight and volume of fetal thymus were observed and measured on 30 induced labor fetus of 26, 28 and 30 weeks of age. The diameters of internal thoracic artery and subclavicular artery were measured as well. The results showed that there were significant differences in weight between 26, 28 and 30 weeks of age. Increase in age of fetus was accompanied by a progressive increase in weight and volume. The specific weight rose with the increasing age of fetus. Selection of the donor blood vessel of the thymus transplant with vascular pedicle was discussed. We suggest that a thoracic-abdominal incision in the shape of inverted 'U' is adopted.
