摘要
收集经病理检验确诊的腮腺淋巴结核患者43例进行了临床分析。43例中，女性明显多于男性，50岁以前年龄组占74．4％；左腮腺25例，右腮腺18例；包块以耳屏前为多，包块数目为单个或多个，其中4例呈串珠状，占本组病例9．3％。并就临床表现、鉴别诊断和治疗等进行了讨论。
Forty-three pathologically confirmed cases of Iymphoid tuberculosis of parotid gland were analyzed.Among them, female patients outnumbered the male ones. Patients over 50 accounted for 74.4%.Left parotid gland was involved in 25 cases and right parotid gland in 18 cases. Most masses were located before the tragus. Both single and multiple masses were found. 4 cases were of cluster form, making up 9. 3% of the total cases. Its clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis and treatment were also discussed.
