摘要
铁路钢轨的锈蚀会导致轨道电路的分路不良。介绍了可焊接不锈钢箔带与钢轨的电容储能单面缝焊机的机械及电气系统结构原理,用此焊机实现了不锈钢箔带与钢轨的可靠焊接,保证轨道上的信号良好传输。通过撕裂法表明连接强度满足使用要求,分析探讨了缝焊熔核的大小、形状和金相组织,发现不锈钢箔带与钢轨的缝焊熔核上下两部分的成分与组织明显不同。但由于热影响区及熔核面积极小,故不会影响到钢轨的正常使用。
Rust in the surface of the rail may lead to bad shunt circuit of rails.In order to guarantee signal well transmission in the rail, principles of mechanical structure and electrical system of the single-side condenser-discharge seam welder used for the welding of the stainless steel foil to the rail were introduced in this paper.Reliable weld of the stainless steel foil to the rail was realized by this welder.Method of tearing the stainless steel foil from the rail indicated that weld strength to satisfy operating requirement.The size,shape and mierostrueture of the weld nugget were investigated.It was found that the chemical compositions and microstructure of the upper and lower zones of the nugget were significantly different.Because the area of heat affected zone and nugget was extremely small ,so it can not affect rail's normal using.
