托烷司琼预防妇科腹腔镜手术后恶心呕吐的效果 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察托烷司琼预防妇科腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐的临床效果。方法采用随机、安慰剂对照和双盲的研究方法,将120例择期行腹腔镜下妇科手术患者分成3组:托烷司琼5 mg组(T组)、恩丹西酮8 mg组(O组)和生理盐水对照组(C组),每组40例。术毕观察给药至第一次出现恶心呕吐的时间、各组发生恶心呕吐的例数、接受补救药物的例数、恶心的严重程度、患者对止吐药的满意度、头晕头痛及椎体外系症状等副作用的发生情况。结果各组初次出现恶心的时间,发生恶心呕吐和接受补救药物处理的例数、恶心严重程度评分相比较,托烷司琼组均优于恩丹西酮组(P<0.05),且前者头痛、烦躁等不良反应均低于后者。结论托烷司琼的镇吐效果优于恩丹西酮,能够有效预防妇科腹腔镜手术患者恶心呕吐发生率并降低其严重程度,增强抗吐时效,同时减少副作用的发生。
