摘要
绿色建筑因其节能或生态技术应用带来的增量成本,必然引发房产市场成本的波动和变化。对绿色建筑与传统建筑投资成本及效益回收已经成为建筑行业关注的议题。文章针对我国现有案例进行了住宅绿色建筑增量成本的统计分析,并对影响增量成本的各个因素做了分析。
The incremental cost as a result of energy-saving or ecological technology for green buildings will lead to the fluctuation and change of the cost of real estate market. The return of cost and benefit to green buildings and traditional buildings has become a main concern of the construction industry. The article carries out statistical analysis to incremental cost of green buildings according to current cases of our country and analyzes each factor which will influence incremental cost.
