摘要
目的探讨胸腺清除术治疗少年型重症肌无力的疗效和适应证。方法回顾性分析胸腺清除治疗52例少年型重症肌无力患儿的临床资料。结果症状缓解26.9%,有效率69.2%;全身型(78.6%)疗效好于眼肌型(58.3%)(P<0.05);病程≤1年疗效好于病程>1年(P<0.05),分别为85.7%、50.0%。结论胸腺清除治疗少年型重症肌无力效果良好,宜尽早手术。
[Objective] To investigate the surgical effect and indication of juvenile with myasthenia gravis. [Method] The clinical information of 52 children with myasthenia gravis after thymectomy were retrospectively analyzed. [Result] The remission rate was 26.9% and the effective rate was 69.2%. For the patients with ocular type, the effective rate was 58.3%. While those with general type was 78.6%. For the patients with duration of clinical courses under 1 year, the effective rate was 85.7%. The effective rate of other, patients was 50.0%. There was significant difference between these two sub-groups （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Thymectomy is an effective measure for juvenile with myasthenia gravis and shows a better prognosis in the patients with shorter illness duration.
