摘要
本文通过分析齿面接触疲劳强度和齿根弯曲疲劳强度的内在联系,引进齿形复合系数和齿数算子概念,提出了一种能直接求得齿轮传动优化参数的简便方法。将该方法用于二级或多级齿轮减速器的优化设计,其优化过程更为直观、清晰,编程更为简单、快捷。
In this paper,by analysed the inner relation between gear contac fatique tstrength and gear bend fatique strength,and by introduced the conception of the combined gear shape factor and number unit of teeth,the auther proposed a new method used for obtainning the optimal result of the gear drive directly.if this method is used to optimizieg two or more grade gear assembly,the process of optimizing will be more direct and clear,and the compilation will be mere simple and rapid.
