摘要
对目前抗骨质疏松研究中所常用中药品种的现状及其作用机制进行综述。中药抗骨质疏松机制的研究主要涉及以下几方面:类性激素样作用,对骨细胞的作用,对钙代谢调节系统的作用,调节机体内环境微量元素的作用等。抗骨质疏松的常用中药主要有:淫羊藿、蛇床子、黄芪、杜仲、骨碎补、葛根、牛膝等。为抗骨质疏松药物的研究与临床应用提供一定借鉴。
The paper reviews the research status of herbal species commonly used in anti-osteoporosis and their mechanisms to provide reference for the further study in the field. The Chinese materia medica can play a role of parahormone, as well as affect the osteocytes, regulation system of calcium metabolism and trace elements in internal environment, etc. And the main anti-osteoporosis Chinese materia medica includes Herba Epimedii, Fructus Cnidii, Radix Astragali, Cortex Eucommiae, Rhizoma Drynariae, Radix Puerariae, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and so on.
