组织芯片检测snail mRNA的表达及其与胃癌的关系 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨转录因子snail mRNA在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法制作组织芯片,在组织芯片上通过原位杂交检测snail mRNA在25例非肿瘤胃黏膜组织和100例胃癌组织中的表达情况。结果100例胃癌中snail mRNA的阳性表达率46%,snail mRNA的阳性表达率与胃癌的TNM分期(r=0.176,P=0.027)、淋巴结转移(r=0.299,P=0.003)、脉管转移(r=0.208,P=0.038)、分化程度(r=0.203,P=0.042)呈正相关,与胃癌的病灶大小、浸润深度、远处转移无明显相关性。snail mRNA的阳性表达病例的平均生存时间和5年生存率明显低于阴性表达的病例。结论snail mRNA的表达可预测胃癌的浸润和转移,是指导临床治疗及估计预后的有意义指标。 Objective To explore the expression of snail mRNA in the tissue of gastric cancer and its relationship with the clinical pathologic feature and prognosis . Methods The tissue array was designed , the expressions of snail mRNA in 25 none tumor mucous tisse and 100 gastric cancer tissue were dectected by in situ hybridization on the tissue array and . Resutls The expression rate of snail mRNA in 100 cases of gastric cancer were 46%, which was positively related to TNM staging( r = 0.176, P = 0. 027 ). lymphnode metastasis ( r = 0. 299, P = 0. 003 ), vessle metastatis ( r = 0. 208, P = 0. 038 ) and differentiation( r = 0. 203, P = 0. 042), but not related to the size of cater , depth of invasiveness and distant metastasis . The average survival time and 5 years survival rate were significantly lower in the cases with the expression of snail mRNA than in the cases without its expression . Conclusions The expression of snail mRNA has a close relationship with the invasiveness and metastasis therefore is helpful in predicting the prognosis and treating of gastric cancer.
