摘要
本文介绍了在熔模铸造生产中净化铸钢件的过滤新技术。研究了采用熔模铸造帽式过滤器净化碳钢、不锈钢、高速钢、低合金钢和高合金钢等精铸件的过滤新工艺及其过滤效果。研究比较了过滤和未过滤铸钢试样的机械性能和断口形貌,并进行了金相分析。研究结果表明,所研究的过滤新技术能改善铸钢性能,有效减少精铸件由于夹杂缺陷所造成的废品,为提高熔模铸钢件质量提供了新途径。
This paper precents a new technique of the purification of steel castings in inrestment Cast production. The new process of the purification for Carbon steel Castings、stainless steel castings, high speed steel castings, low alloy castings and high alloy steel castings and so on. and it's filtration effects are investigated. A comparision has also been made between the mechanical properties and the appearance of fractured surface. with filtration and those without filtration. and the metallographic analysis Was conducted. The results shown that,this new technique of filtration can improve the properties of the cast steel and can effectively reduce defectes caused by inclusions in the cast part.It will provided a new way.to improve the quality of investment steel castings.
