摘要
目的探讨对复杂困难胆囊行腹腔镜切除术的可行性和安全性,为临床复杂困难胆囊行腹腔镜切除术提供参考。方法回顾分析应用腹腔镜手术对16例复杂困难胆囊行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料,分析其手术治疗效果及优点。结果16例复杂困难胆囊行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,全部在腔镜下完成,无严重并发症发生,痊愈出院,疗效满意。结论采用腹腔镜胆囊手术对复杂困难胆囊行切除,只要方法适当,是安全可行的。
Objective To discuss the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in complicated and difficult gallbladder. Methods Clinical data of 16 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively, including treatment effect and merits. Results All cases were coducted under celioscope . All cases had no severe complications and left hospital after recovery. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is feasible and safe for complicated cholecyst .
