摘要
目的总结腹腔镜手术中胆囊管结石的诊断及处理经验。方法对27例胆囊管结石患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果27例在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中通过推挤法清除胆囊管内结石,全组无并发症发生,术后随访8～12月无胆囊切除术后综合征。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应重视发现和处理胆囊管结石,避免遗漏,如疑有结石,胆囊管游离要充分,操作切忌粗暴,避免胆管损伤。
Objective To summarize our experience in the management of chololith at cystic duct during laparoscopic cholecystectomy（ LC）. Methods Retrospective study was used to analyze the LC results of 27 cases of cholollth at cystic duct. Results All 32 cases were cured by LC without complications, No post cholecystectomy syndrome occurred in any case. Conclusion Cystic duct chololith should be treated with LC and cystic duct should be thoroughly dissociated when being suspected of having chololith. Operation should be conducted tenderly to avoid injury of bile duct.
