摘要
目的调查研究亳州地区汉族人群ABO血型及Rh血型系统抗原分布状况。方法用血型群体遗传学研究方法，随机选择亳州市地区无血缘关系的汉族无偿献血者16058名，进行ABO、Rh血型系统的表现型及基因频率分布调查分析。结果亳州地区汉族人群ABO血型基因频率为r〉P〉q，表现型分布特征为A〉B〉O〉AB，RhD（-）频率为0．29％，与全国汉族人群RhD（-）频率0．2％～0．5％相吻合。结论ABO、Rh血型为两个独立的血型系统，掌握其在亳州地区汉族人群中的分布规律，对RhD（-）稀有血型档案库的建立，缓解医院输血缺乏状况，提高临床治疗水平，降低免疫性输血反应的发生非常重要。
Objective To investigate the distribution of ABO, Rh blood type antigen of blood donors in Han nationality in Bozhou region to guarantee clinical blood - supply reasonally. Methods Used blood - type - population - genetics method, 16058 blood donors from the Han na- tionality were enrolled into the investigation at random, and the distribution of ABO, Rh Blood type antigen and their gene frequency were analyzed. Results The frequency of gene was r 〉 p 〉 q, ABO phenol type frequency was as following： A 〉 B 〉 O 〉 AB, and. All RhD - negative individuals were accounting for a rate of 0. 29% in this cohort, accords with the frequency 0.2% - 0.5% of RhD - negative of all nation Han nationality. Conclusion The ABO and Rh blood type antigen was independent system, the distribution of ABO, Rh in the Han nationality from Bozhou region accords with the distributive characteristic of blood type antigen of northern Han nationality, and it was of importance in setting up rare blood type archive to guarantee clinical blood - supply reasonally.
