摘要
建设高校和谐校园既是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,也是高校自身实现全面协调可持续发展的内在需要。高校和谐校园基本内涵概括为学校内部与社会和谐、高校内部人与环境的和谐、高校内部人与人的和谐、高校科学发展的和谐;主要特征为科学发展、关系融洽、民主法制、充满活力的校园;实现途径有全面落实科学发展观,大力丰富校园文化,加强校园安全稳定工作,坚持依法治校、民主决策的四个主要方面。
Constructing a harmonious campus is not only the inevitable requirement of harmonious socialist society,but also the in- trinsic need of realizing the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of all universities. The connotations of harmonious university campus include：the harmony between the society and university, the harmony between the people and environment in univer- sities,the harmony between the people and people in universities and the harmony of scientific development of universities. The main features lie in scientifice development, harmonious relations, democracy and legality and a campus full of vitality. The ways of realizing a harmonious university campus of include four parts：implementing the scientific development concept in an all around way, enrich the campus culture in a big way,strengthen the campus＇ safe and stable situation, stick to running the school by law and democratically making decisions.
