快速凝固Al-Ce二元合金的显微组织和时效硬化行为 被引量:1

Microstructure and Annealing Hardering .Beheaviour of Rapidly Solidified Al-Ce Alloys

摘要 用单辊制备了成分为Al-(2-4)%Ce(质量分数)的合金快速凝固薄带。应用X射线衍射、透射电镜等研究了合金的相结构和显微组织,用显微硬度计测量了合金的显微硬度。结果表明,在相同冷却速度条件下,凝固组织主要受合金成分影响,而时效硬化行为主要受第二相长大温度的影响。 Rapidly solidified thin ribbons with compositions of Al-(2-14)wt% Ce were produced by a singleroller technique. Phase formation and microstructures of the alloys were studied by X-ray diffraction and transmissionelectron microscopy. Microhardenesses of the alloys were measured with a microhardness tester. The results show that under the same cooling at, the microstructure of the alloy is influnced by the composition of alloys, and the annealling hardening beheavior is effected mainly by the temperatme at which the precipitation begins to grow.
