清焦蝶阀多组分气流数值模拟及清焦流道的优化设计

摘要 介绍了采用CFD软件ANASYS CFX多组分数值模拟,指导清焦蝶阀流道优化设计,运用CEL编译语言描述流体介质的物理性质。通过比对分析提出了设计方案以及设计过程中要注意的问题,解决输送介质过程中可能出现的焦化问题,为此类蝶阀的设计提供依据。 It describes the multi-component flow numerical Simulations with the ANSYS CFX that is an excellent Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software , which process can guide the stream optimum design of the Butterfly valve with function of cleaning up the viscous material. The physical properties of fluid is described by CEL Language Compiler; In order to solve the problem about the viscous material in the process of transmission medium, the designing option can be proposed Through comparatively analyzing, in addition, some points in the process of designing must be concern. Based on this, an example for designing such butterfly can be set up.
