摘要
随着孟津县经济的不断发展,农村居民点空心村现象日益突出。空心村的存在不仅占用大量土地,而且造成土地资源的严重闲置浪费。通过分析孟津县空心村的现状及其存在的各种原因,阐述了在整理过程中出现的问题和解决对策及整理后的效益分析,提出了今后的发展措施。
With the continuous development of economy in Mengjin County, the phenomenon of vacant villages in rural residential area becomes increasingly outstanding. The existence of vacant villages not only occupies a lot of land, but it also wastes many land resources. Through analyzing the actuality of vacant villages in Mengjin County and their existing reasons, the problems and countermeasures in the consolidation process and the benefits analysis after the consolidation were expounded and the developmental measures in future were put forward.
