摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜研究了Zn-5Al合金的铸态共晶结构。结果表明,Zn-5Al合金的铸态组织为典型的片层状共晶共析结构,其特征可表示为β(α|β|α)β,其中β为Zn基固溶体,α为Al基固溶体;括号外的β表示共晶结构中的较宽片层,直接来源于共晶反应,括号内的部分表示共晶结构中的较窄片层,是由α和β两相组成的共析产物,其中α相包裹着β相。
The eutectic structure of Zn 5Al alloys as cast is investigated with optical microscope,SEM,TEM,and is analyzed with energy dispersive spectrum It is shown that cast structure of Zn 5Al alloys is typical lamellar eutectic structure which can be expressed as β(α|β|α)β The β outside the round brackets represents the wider lamellae in eutectic structure which are formed in eutectic reaction The other part inside the round brackets represents narrower lamellae in eutectic structure They are eutectoid of α and β This β phase is covered by α phase
