摘要
为了了解肠球菌产生溶血素的最佳条件,通过在不同培养基、培养时间、酸碱度、温度、20 mL/L浓度接种剂量、血清浓度和红细胞浓度等条件下,观察羊源肠球菌溶血素产生的变化。结果表明,种子液以2%接种THB,在pH 8.5,40℃静置培养12 h^24 h,溶血能力较好。
In order to optimize conditions that the enterococcl produce hemolysin,the different media,culture time, pH, temperatures, enterococcal vaccination dosages, seral concentrations and erythrocyte concentrations were studied to observe the changes of enterococcal hemolysin from sheep. The results indicated that better hemolytic ability was obtained in the condition of inoculating 2% seed fluid into THB, pH8.5,40 ℃ and 12 h-24 h.
