摘要
近几年,随着政府对农村养老保险的重视和政策调整,许多地方突破原有的模式框架,积极探索有地方特色的新型农村养老保险基金筹集模式。文章回顾总结了我国农村养老保险基金的筹集模式状况,指出加大农村养老保险基金筹集的现实必要性,提出建立农村养老保险基金筹集模式应遵守的原则,探讨了主要由公共财政支持下的模式选择问题。
Recently, with the Chinese government paying high attention and adjusting policy of the rural endowment insurance, many local governments are actively exploring the new characteristic accumulating modes in the circumstance of breaking through that original frames. Under analyzing some reality of accumulating modes of the rural endowment insurance funds, the article indicates its practical rationality and necessity and provides some rules of constructing the modes, finally, it discusses the mode choices of it with the support from the public finances.
