摘要
介绍了短纤维对橡胶补强的特性和机理。研究了四种纤维对用作火箭推进剂包覆材料的室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶力学性能的影响,分别考查了不同长度的碳纤维和不同添加量的高硅氧玻璃纤维补强后硅橡胶的作用效果。
The characteristics and the reinfircing mechanism of short fiber/rubber composite are introduced.The influence of four kinds of fibers on the mechanical properties of the two-component room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber for inhibition of solid rocket propellants were studied. At the same time,the reinforcement effects of carbon fiber with different length and glass fiber (SiO2>95%) with various content for the RTV silicone rubber were respectively observed.
