摘要 DCD-2型电动舵机是无人机飞控系统的关键部件,其装机前的性能检测是确保无人机实现自主飞行的不可缺少的环节,然而,传统的人工测试方法检测人员劳动强度大,工作效率低下,测试设备老化陈旧,为改变此种落后情况,同时亦为提高部队机载设备的自动化检测水平,设计了基于单片机和PC机的的电动舵机自动测试系统;该系统集成了当前测控领域诸多先进技术,经过实践检验,该系统具有自动化程度高、操作简便、工作可靠等优点;下文主要描述了该系统的结构、硬件组成和软件设计情况。 The type of DCD--2 electric helm gear is the key technique in the flight control system of pilotless aircraft, It's performance testing in front of equipping aircraft is a indispensable step which can assure the autonomous flight of pilotless aircraft, However, The traditional manual testing method has many disadvantages of great labor intensity, low work efficiency and timeworn testing equipment. In order to change this behindhand circumstance and improve automatic test level of military aircraft equipment, we design the automatic test system based on single chip microcomputer and PC. The system integrated many advanced technology in measurement and control field . By test of practice , The system has many advantages of the high quality of simple operation, high automation and stable work . In this paper, the structure of the system, the composing of hardware and the design of software are primarily introduced.
