摘要
本项研究以劳动年龄人口变动为出发点,以出生人口规模变动的影响为落脚点,研究影响北京劳动年龄人口变动的主要因素,为今后合理开发利用和优化北京劳动力资源、完善人口迁移流动政策、完善劳动就业政策、完善生育政策以及探讨北京今后劳动力资源面临的主要问题等研究奠定基础。
The paper researches into the change of working population and analyzes its influencing factons in the hope of laying a foundation to other research such as labour resource development and optimization and floating population and birth-control policy improvement.
