摘要 运用实证研究方法实证检验了信息技术运用对城市基础设施管理绩效的影响效应。实证结果表明,信息收集水平、信息利用水平和信息反馈水平等三个维度都对城市基础设施管理绩效具有显著的积极影响,而且个体理性水平在信息完全度和城市基础设施管理绩效之间发挥中介作用。
