摘要
介绍了采用电涡流传感器测量多缸内燃机主轴承油膜厚度的试验方法和试验仪器。以4100QB柴油机为试验对象,研究了负荷、转速对多缸内燃机主轴承油膜厚度的影响。将试验结果与热弹性流体动力润滑(TEHD)的计算结果进行了比较后表明:用TEHD法计算出的主轴承的油膜厚度与试验值变化趋势相同,两者的最小油膜厚度值相近。
The testing method and measuring device for measuring oil film thickness of main bearings in multi-cylinder IC engines using eddy current-type sensor were introduced. On a 4100QB diesel engine, the influences of engine load speed on oil film thickness of main bearings were investigated. Experimental results were compared with calculated results of thermoelastohydrodynamic(TEHD) analysis. The comparison results show that both of the practical mesurement and the calculation of THED have given the same oil film thickness of main bearings and similar min. oil film thickness.
