摘要
目的:探讨家长系统健康教育对结核性脑膜炎患儿预后的影响。方法:将32例结核性脑膜炎患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各16例,实验组患儿家长给予系统健康教育,对照组患儿家长给予常规健康教育,采用问卷方式观察两组患儿家长对结核性脑膜炎治疗、护理知识掌握情况及对护理工作满意度,比较两组患儿出院时及2年后的治愈情况。结果:实验组患儿家长对结核性脑膜炎知识、护理知识的掌握情况及对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。实验组患儿治愈率高于对照组,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:对结核性脑膜炎患儿家长进行系统健康教育,提高了家长护理能力,使其为患儿的治愈提供了基础保障。
Objective： To explore the effect of systematic health education to the parents on the prognosis of children with tuberculous meningitis. Methods： Thirty two children with tuberculous meningitis were randomly divided into experiment group and control group （ 16 for each group）. The parents of the children in experiment group were given systematic health education and routine health education was taken in control group. Questionnaire investigation were conducted among parents from both groups for the grasp of the knowledge on the treatment and nursing care by the parents and the satisfaction rate of the parents to nursing service. The curative effect of the treatment and prognosis were compared when the children were discharged from hospital and after two years. Results ： The rate of cure of the children from the experiment group were significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; The parents＇ grasp of the knowledge of treatment and nursing skill as well as the satisfaction rate to nursing service were much better in experiment group than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Health education to the parents can enhance their nursing ability and it can provide a basic guarantee to the cure of the children suffering from tuberculous meningitis.
