摘要
从简单的数学模型出发,利用直观的温度及浓度分布假设,对生物体冻结过程中的传热、传质进行了理论分析,并将结果与精确解及测量值进行了比较.其解法简单,省去了以往的有限差分求解的繁琐的计算过程,并且计算结果与试验数据吻合得很好.
The theoretical analysis on the heat and mass transference during the freezing of a organism was conducted and a new method by resolving the control equations directly on the asumptions of the distributions of the temperature and concentration was deduced,this reduced the computational complex of other differential resolution method.The comparisons of the results of this new method with exact resolution and test data show that the results of this new method fit the test data very well.
