Application of Energy-Saving Technology for Injection System

摘要 介绍了高压变频、前置泵串级调速及斩波内馈调速三种节能技术的原理、技术特点和应用局限性,并在萨北油田注水机组进行了现场应用。结果表明:应高压变频技术后,整个区块单耗下降0.71(kW·h)/m^3,减少向基础井网排放的清水3000m^3/d;应用前置泵串级调速技术后,区块单耗降低约0.35(kW·h)/m^3;应用斩波内馈调速技术后,区块单耗降低约0.6(kW·h)/m^3。 This paper introduces the principal, characteristics and application limitation of high-pressure frequency conversion technology,cascade velocity modulation technology of topping pump and chopper feed velocity modulation technology.These technologies are applied in waterflooding unit of Sabei Oilfield.The results show that the energy consumption of single well reduces 0.71kW·h per cubic meter and the clean water driven into basic well pattern reduces 3000m^3 per day after using high-pressure frequency conversion technology.The energy consumption of single well in the block reduces 0.35kW·h per cubic meter after using cascade velocity modulation technology of topping pump.The energy consumption of single well in the block reduces 0.6kW·h per cubic meter after using chopper feed velocity modulation technology.
