摘要 报导了AES对室温下AgNi两相合全表面成分均匀性的研究结果.发现无论是未经理的自然表面,或是经离子轰击后的清洁表面,或是轰击后仃放长时间的表面,都表现出较明显的成分不均匀性.并发现该系统Ag是择优溅射元素. The study of homogeneity for surface composition of AgNi two phase alloys at room temperature was first reported in this paper. It was found that whether for the natural surface which was not bombardment, for the clean surface that the impurities were removed by ion bombardment or for the clean surface placed in high vacuum system lasting a rather long time after bombardment the surface compositions are all not homogeneous. It was also found that Ag is the preferential sputtering element for the AgNi alloys.
