摘要
本文通过用折线法和圆弧法与三次样条函数法对瑞士φ500型咀曲线进行拟合分析对比,认为采用三次样条函数设计的曲线具有光滑度高,力学性质良好,所需挤压力最小,同时设计计算简便及便于采用计算机计算等优点,故提出用三次样条函数来设计电极挤压机型咀曲线的设计方法.
By comparing broken line method and arc method with cubic spline function method and analysing the curve of Swiss 500 mould-mouth, we conclude that the cubic spline method has the advantages of higher smoothness, better mechanical properties, less extrusion pressure, simpler design calculation, and convenience for calculation with a computer. So we propose the cubic spline method for the design of the curve of electrode extruder mould-mouth.
