摘要
石油钻井指重表是一种基于压力传动的模拟指针式仪表 ,它存在安装校对以及使用过程中机械故障造成仪器精度不高 ,示值反应迟缓与指针偏转故障等问题。为解决这些问题 ,研制了一种数显钻井指重表 ,以 MCS-5 1单片机为核心组成该表的测量系统 ,将原来的液压传感器用 P/ V压力传感器代替 ,并经 V/ F变换器转变成脉冲信号传送给单片机实时处理、输出与记录。该表具有精度高、读数直观、性能可靠以及便于存储等优点。文章着重介绍了数显钻井指重表的测量原理。
Weight indicator,which is widely used in petroleum drilling,is a kind of mechanical instrument drived by pressure.Because of its low accuracy,slow response and mechanical trouble of hands,a new type of numerical weight indicator is developed.Besides the MCS 51 single chip microcomputer,the indicator has of P/V pressure sensor instead of liquid pressure sensor.The signal from sensor is transmitted to the single chip microcomputer after V/F transformation and processed by system for real time output and record.So the numerical weight indicator has the advantage of high accuracy,direct reading and easy saving.The measurement method,the construction of system and its programming are introduced in detail.
