摘要
丘陵油田是华北石油勘察设计研究院设计的又一个百万吨级整装油田，产能１４０万ｔ／ａ。总体方案的优化包括油田开发方案的优化和油田总体布局的优化。联合站是整个设计的核心，各项方案的优化包括合理确定联合站的功能和规模、工艺流程的优化、变电站优化设计、优选先进适用的自控系统、联合站总图优化、选用高效节能设备、配套系统的优化设计、正确合理的执行规范。采用了单管不加热输送、中压多级分离、油气水处理全密闭、计算机分布式控制系统等２０多项新技术，实现了百万吨级油田百人管理，整体设计创出新水平，主要技术经济指标达到９０年代国际新水平。
Hilly oilfield is another integrated oilfield of megaton and 1.4 MT/a of productivity designed by Huabei Oilfield Design Institute. Its optimization of overall planning includes the development and general arrangement of oilfield. The joint stations are a center of master design. The optimization of each plans includes the function and scale of joint stations、process flow、the design of electric substation、advanced automation system、the general drawing of joint station、the selection of high efficiency and energy saving equipments、the design of matching system and the proper codes.Since new techniques are used more than 20 kinds including single pipe without heating delivery 、multistage separation by middle pressure、full tight treatment of oil、gas & water、distributed control system of computer and so on ,now megaton oilfield is administrated by hundred persons. The integrated design level is raised. The main economic indexes reach the 1990s new international level.
