摘要
塔中４油田地面建设设计，创造了沙漠内外结合，集输处理工艺相隔３００ｋｍ的新型密闭的生产工艺模式。工艺流程具有一级半布站，简化集输流程，充分利用油井剩余能量和油气物性好扩大集输半径等特点。平面布置特点、推广采用的新工艺、新技术、新设备、新材料及预制化、组装化、橇装化的情况等文中也作了详细介绍。
Design of surface engineering in Tazhong No.4 oilfield created a new tight mode of production process, which combined internal and external of desert together and the interval of the gathering treating process was 300 km. The features of process flow included the arrangement station of 1.5 stage、simplied gathering and transferring process、using fully residual energy of oil well and good physical property of oil and gas to expand the gathering radius. The layout features、new technology、new technique、new equipment、new material and the prefabrated、assemblied and skid mounted units popularized were in detail introduced in this paper.
