表面活性剂具有良好的洗涤、增溶、渗透、润湿、乳化、防腐蚀、杀菌等功能,故在石化设备的化学清洗中发挥了显著作用.文章阐述了表面活性剂的清洗机理,以及在石化设备碱洗、酸洗、缓蚀、除油等化学清洗中的应用趋向.
The surfactant with excellent functions of washing, solubility enhancement, permeation,wetting,emulsification and sterilization has played an important role in chemical cleaning of petrochemical equipment. The cleaning mechanisms of the surfactant and its application trend in chemical cleaning of petrochemical equipment such as caustic washing, acid washing,corrosion inhibition and deoiling. etc. were discussed.
