摘要
10Cr1Cu钢是参照日本CR1A41钢研制的新钢种.文章阐述了硫酸露点腐蚀特点,研究了该钢种的力学性能、冷弯性能、冲压性能和耐硫酸露点腐蚀性能.10Cr1Cu 钢适合应用在电站锅炉空气预热器、膨胀节、省煤群、天然气和石油化工等领域,是耐硫酸露点腐蚀的新钢种.
10Cr1Cu steel was a newly-developed steel. The characteristics of sulfur dew point corrosion were described. The mechanics performance, the cold forming performance, the press performance and sulfur dew point corrosion resistance of the steel were studied. It was concluded that lOCrlCu steel, a new type steel resisting sulfur dew point corrosion, was appropriate for the air preheater in power plant boiler, expansion joint and coalescer and good for the services in oil and gas industries.
