摘要
本文在对系数和偏差不加任何限制的情况下证明了方程(1)振动的充要条件是其特征方程(2)无实根,从而推广了[1]～[4]的工作.
Without any restrictions on the coefficients and deviating arguments, we proved that every solution of Eq. (1) oscillates if and only if the characteristic equation (2) has no real roots. This is an extension of the related results of [1]—[4].
