异步交流发电机制动的透平膨胀机在天然气深冷分离中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 中国海洋石油渤海公司某凝析气田是我国开发的第一个海上凝析气田。异步交流发电机制动的透平膨胀机用于凝析气田的天然气深冷分离在我国也是第一次。对发电机制动的透平膨胀机的使用运行情况,制冷工艺分析、故障的发生及处理、电网频率、电机特性对膨胀机的影响等方面进行了讨论。认为发电机制动的透平膨胀机具有运行平稳、运行周期长、绝热效率高、温降大、启车方便等优点,但检修难度大。 Some gas condensate field, belonged to the Bohai Company,China National Offshore Oil Corporation,is the firstly developed offshore one in China.Use of turbo expander braked by asynchronous AC generator for cryogenic separating of the natural gas from the condensate gas field is for the first time.In this paper,the working and running situation of generator braked turbo expander,its refrigerating process analysis,accident occurrence and treatment,the influence of the electric network frequency and A C generator characteristics on expander etc.are discussed.It is considered that the generator braked turbo expander has many strong points such as smooth and steady running,long running period,high adiabatic efficiency,great temperature drop and convenient starting,etc.,but it is more difficult to maintain and repair.
