摘要
旋转旋流离心机把旋转离心力场和旋流离心力场有机结合起来,分离强度大大增加,分离效果显著改善,是固液分离的理想设备。本文以流体动力学基本方程为基础,在“塞流”流态下,对旋转旋流离心机转鼓内流体流动的速度场和压力场进行了分析计算,推导出了转鼓内流体的速度和压力的计算公式,它们是计算离心机处理量和分离粒度的理论基础,同时也是离心机强度计算的理论依据。并对旋转旋流离心力场的变化规律进行了初步的探讨,得到了一些有用的结论。
Rotating cyclone centrifuge is a new type of centrifuge, combining the rotating centrifugal field with the cyclone centrifugal field. It has a strong centrifugal field and high separating ability;. It is an ideal solidliquid seperating equipment. Based on the hydraudynamic equations, the velocity and pressure field in the drum are analysed under piston flow states. The common equations of velocity and presure distribution have been got. They are the basis of calculating the capacity and separating size of the centrifuge. The regular pattern of the rotating cyclone centrifugal field is studied at the end of this paper and some useful conclusions are got.
