摘要
联系石油企业实际,通过大量的数据对比和分析,指出了石油企业粗放经营的五大表现,分析了石油企业实行集约化经营的物质技术条件,提出了转轨变型的思路和方法:一是树立以经济效益为中心,以集约化经营为目标的思想作风和工作作风;二是加大科技投入,完善科技管理体制,重视科研成果的应用与推广;三是改革与管理并举,不断进行管理创新;四是改革现行职工培训办法,全面提高职工整体素质;五是建立集约型经济增长的油田管理新机制。
According to material and technical conditions to carry out intensive farming, this paper presents the thoughts and method in system shift: 1.make economic benefits the centre, intensive farming the target, 2.cnhance the investment in scientific and technology,improve and complete the scientific and technological managcment system, strengthen the application of scientific research results, 3. improve management continuously, 4. greatly improve the worker's quality, 5.establish a new management system of intensive economic increment in oilfield.
