摘要
研究并建立了气相色谱内标法测定食品加工助剂三乙醇胺中单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺的方法。三乙醇胺样品添加0.25%、0.50%、1.00%三个浓度水平的单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺时,单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺平均回收率范围分别为105.7%-106.5%和93.95%-101.1%,RSD范围分别为0.36%-1.22%和0.84%-1.56%,方法简便可行。
A method was developed to determine monoethanolamine and diethanolamine in food processing aids trolamine by GC internal standard method, in the levels of 0.25-1.00% spike concentration in trolamine, the spike average range of monoethanolamine and diethanolamine were 105.7%- 106.5% and 93.95%-101.1%, respectively, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) falls in the range of 0.36%-1.22% and 0.84%-1.56%, respectively. The method was simple and feasible.
