摘要
方法利用欢喜岭低凝环烷基原油,研究采用直馏深拔工艺和半氧化工艺生产重交通道路沥青的可行性。目的开发质量稳定的重交通道路沥青。结果用直馏深拔工艺生产出了AH-90、AH-110、AH-130号重交通道路沥青,用半氧化工艺生产出了AH-90和AH-110号重交通道路沥青,半氧化沥青的使用性能优于直馏沥青。结论利用欢喜岭低凝原油生产重交通道路沥青的生产工艺成熟、技术可靠,其产品具有良好的高温稳定性和低温抗开裂性能,产品质量达到国际同类产品先进水平。
Method The feasibility of producing heavy traffic road asphalt with low-pour-pointnaphthene base crude of Huanxiling is studied by means of direct distillation and semi-oxidation technologies. Purpose To develop heavy traffic road asphalt of stable quality. ResultAH-90, AH-110, AH-130 heavy traffic road asphalt are produced by direct distillation; AH-90 and AH-110 heavy traffic road asphalt are developed by semi-oxidation technology. Theproperty of semi-oxidation asphalt is better than direct distillation asphalt. Conclusion Thetechnology of producing heavy traffic road asphalt with low-pour-point crude of Huanxilingis mature and reliable. Its products have properties of high temperature stability and lowtemperature anti-spliting. The quality has reached high level of similar products in theworld.
