摘要
方法采用原油脱水电容调压补偿供电装置进行稠油脱水试验。目的解决一般供电装置经常出现的跳闸问题,提高脱水效果。结果稠油电脱水器内应采用少电极结构(设两层电极),既能降低耗电量,又能保证脱水效果。结论这是一种“永不跳闸”的脱水供电装置,不仅可以确保脱水质量和速度,还可大量减轻现场操作人员的劳动强度。
Method Heavy oil dehydration experiment is carried out by using crude oil dehydrationunit which can adjust voltage through capacitance to compensate electric power. PurposeTo solve the trip problem that usually occurs for general power supply unit, and to improvedehydration effect. Result Few electrodes in heavy oil electric dehydration unit should beadopted(two layers of electrodes) so as to reduce power consumption and ensure dehydrationeffect. Conclusion This is a 'never tripping' power supply unit for dehydration. Not onlycan it ensure the dehydration quality and rate, but also reduce the labour intensity of on siteoperators.
