高凝低渗油井电喷泵举升工艺技术

摘要 方法采用电喷泵举升工艺开采高凝、低渗油层。目的提高高凝、低渗深层油藏的动用程度。结果该工艺在桩西油田7口高凝、低渗深层油井上进行应用,均获成功,7口井平均泵深达2528.7m,平均日产液26.9t,起到了很好的防蜡作用。结论电喷泵举升工艺靠高温高压动力液将油井产液举升到地面,具有无机械运动部件、深抽能力强、热效应高等特点,适合于高凝、低渗深层油藏的开采。 Method High pour-point, low permeability reservoirs are recovered by means of submersible electric-jet pump. Purpose To improve the producing degree of high pour-point,low permeability and deep reservoirs. Result The application of this technology in 7 highpour-point, low permeability, deep oil wells in Zhuangxi oil field is successful. The averagepump depth of these 7 wells is 2 528. 7 m, average daily liquid production is 26. 9 t. Thewax control effect of this technology is very good. Conclusion Submersible electric-jetpump technology which lifts the liquid produced from oil well to the ground by using hightemperature and high pressure power fluid, includes no mechanical moving parts in it, is capable of pumping from deep depth, has high thermal effect, and is suitable for recoveringhigh pour-point, low permeability and deep reservoirs.
