摘要
本文介绍了价值工程的原理,通过工程案例详细阐述了价值工程在空调冷热源方案选择与评价过程中的应用。文中对各方案功能、成本指标以及评分方法进行了分析与讨论,并对采用不同评价方法得出的优选方案做了一定的比较与分析,指出评价结果在不同评价方法下能保持相对一致性,同时指出在不同工程情况下应用该方法应注意具体情况具体分析。
This article introduces the principle of value engineering and expatiates on its application in selection and evaluation of cold and heat source schemes for air conditioning through an engineering example,and analyzes and discusses the function and cost indexes and scoring methods.It also compares and analyzes the results from different evaluation methods and indicates that the results can keep the relative consistency as well as specific analysis of specific situation.
