摘要
为了研究膜式全热换热器换热效率影响因素,本文采用一种有机超滤膜设计制作了两种新型膜式全热换热器,通过实验分析了迎面风速、温湿度以及通道长度对换热器换热效率及阻力的影响。结果表明,随着迎面风速的减小、温湿度的增大及通风通道长度的提高,换热器换热效率有着不同程度的增加,但通风阻力随着通道长度及风速的增加而增大。这一系列的研究结果为全热换热器的设计和应用提供了依据。
In order to analyze the influence factors of heat exchange efficiency of enthalpy exchanger,two new membrane-based enthalpy exchanger were designed and the effect of head-on wind speed,temperature,humidity and channel dimensions on the heat exchange efficiency and resistance were studied.The results showed that the heat exchange efficiency increased to different extent with the decrease of head-on wind speed and the increase of temperature,humidity and channel dimensions,but the air resistance also increased with the increase of air velocity and channel dimensions.Those results strengthen the study on the design and application of enthalpy exchanger.
