摘要
目的:研究麝香乌龙丸对佐剂性关节炎大鼠激素水平调节的影响,探讨麝香乌龙丸对类风湿性关节炎(RA)作用机制是否与调节激素水平有关。方法:建立佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型,麝香乌龙丸灌胃1周后,测定血清皮质醇(Cor)、血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)及肾上腺维生素C含量的变化。结果:麝香乌龙丸能升高佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠Cor含量,降低肾上腺维生素C含量,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);能降低ACTH水平,但与模型组比较无统计学意义。结论:麝香乌龙丸作用与刺激肾上腺增强其激素分泌功能有关。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Shexiang Wulong pills on hormone level of adjuvant arthritis rats, and to explore the relation between SheXiang Wulong pills and the regulation of hormone level in the therapeutic action to rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. METHODS Model rats with adjuvant arthritis was established, and then the levels of cortisol （Cor） in serum, corticotropic hormone （ACTH） in blood plasma and VitC content of adrenal gland after one week of intragastric administration with Shexiang Wulong pills were determined. RESULTS Shexiang Wulong pills could increase content of Cor in AA rats, reduce the VitC content in adrenal gland, compared with the model group, the results had statistical significance （P〈0. 05）; could reduce the level of ACTH, but compared with the model group, the results had no statistical significance. CONCLUSION The mechanism of Shexiang Wulong pills on rheumatoid arthritis is related to its stimulation on the hormone secretion of adrenal gland.
