摘要
采用数理统计的方法对沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度与级配曲线特性的关系进行了研究。首先,运用双因素方差分析证明了级配因素是导致沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度发生变化的关键因素;此后,通过变化粗、细集料内部结构及关键筛孔通过率,借助秩和检验方法,对马歇尔稳定度与级配曲线特性之间的关系进行研究。通过研究,揭示了马歇尔稳定度随级配曲线特性的变化规律,为沥青混凝土使用性能的提高和设计阶段的性能预测提供了有意义的参考。
In this paper, the relationship between Marshall stability and grading curve trait of asphalt mixture is studied based on mathematical statistic. Two-side variance analysis is adopted to prove the change of Marshall stability is mainly caused by the change of gradation. Through changing the interior structure of coarse and fine aggregate, and the key sieve passing percent, Rank-Sum test is used to analyze the relationship between Marshall stability and grading curve trait. The research indicates the trait of Marshall stability changing with the gradation. It has significant value in both asphalt mixture performance improvement and the performance prediction in design phase.
